"I loved the friendliness of the people and how pet friendly it is. The grounds are immaculate and we had a ground floor room close to the pool, which made it easy to take the dog out and also spend time at the pool. I absolutely love this place! "
"My wife and I recently went to Kelowna for a wedding. This hotel was recommended to us by the bride. Although we checked out other options I am happy we spent our long weekend here. We enjoy a suite on the main floor by the courtyard. The room was quiet and comfortable. My only complaint would be about the lighting in the rooms. They are kind of dim. We kept the curtains closed for privacy reasons and the electric bulbs in the room were not enough to brighten the place up. I would suggest putting privacy film on the windows which would allow for the curtains to stay open and more light to reach the rooms. I spent a bit of time in both the pool and the hot tub and enjoyed them immensely. The staff at the front desk were very polite, professional and efficient. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in the city. "
"The creek and the garden were supernatural. The rooms were very clean. The only exception is in room 317 seems that they started to renovate the bathroom door but never finished. Other than that cosmetic issue everything else was perfect. "
