"Very nice property. Beautiful view from the large window. Staff was accommodating, property is a bit of a hike from the train but not too bad. Walking distance to the beach with restaurants to choose from. Downtown Napoli is about a 30 min train ride. I would stay here again. One of the nicest Airbnb in the city. "

"It was one of the best hotels i have stayed in around pozzuoli. The owners and staff were fantastic couldn't do enough for you.the views where to die for with the whole of the bay infront of you from my bedroom window. "Positioned close to the beach and the railway station, the location appeared to be very good but with a room on top of a very busy road and roundabout, the noise didn't let up. Why was I put in a room on the noisy side of the hotel overlooking the road when the hotel was empty literally. What really makes this a two-star though even for its bargain price is the fact that they lock the hotel up at 1:00 a.m. and then do not reopen it until 8:30 a.m. I wanted to go out for breakfast but was...

"The hotel itself is lovely with stellar views and super friendly staff. It’s safe and the rooms are a good size, we had a wonderful stay. The only issue we faced is that the hotel is very isolated and the walks to the nearest train stations/towns are longer than anticipated (our own mistake). If you have a car/rental then access to Napoli or nearby towns is easy, however without, there is a lot of walking up and down hills or waiting around for a very unreliable bus service. This is no flaw of the hotels at all, however please consider this as we did not, the walks are all up and down hills so take considerably longer than anticipated. Aside from that, we had a perfect trip."

"The shower leaked and was dirty. Operators said they would send a cleaner - they did not do so. Shower drain was blocked. A repair man poured drain-cleaner down it . The bidet leaked onto the floor. The entire bathroom smelled permanently of stale urine. I purchased cleaning fluid, but this did not get rid of the smell. The toilet seat was not fixed to the toilet. The door locking system battery was running out of battery power. Only on1 of the 2 hobs worked. All of the above reported to the operators - no action taken by them. Half the levers for the louvre doors were missing. The advertised swimming pool did not exist. "
