"Staff was very accommodating. Close to transportation and easy to acquire transportation. It is about a mile from the main train station, you can walk it or a cab costs around €15-17. May be better to get a cab considering the Naples area doesn’t seem to be the best, in comparison to Sorrento, cleanliness/safety-wise. Hotel was great though. Naples area in general, not as nice as the hotel was. Staff was exceptional, friendly and polite. Thank you for you."

"The employees are very nice and helpful. The hotel is clean and have nice rooms. Very close to stores and public transports. From some rooms you can see the Vesuvio. Around the hotel, it's noisy, but the window blocks the majority of it. Not the nicest area, but for a business trip, it was perfect."

"Convenient to train, metro and airport shuttle. Walkable to key sites. Staff was excellent. Area is bustling, some noise. Local cafes drag tables out at 6 am, essentially becoming an alarm clock. I would not choose this for a long-term, relaxing stay, but for convenience, cleanliness, and service it was perfect. "
