"Always my choice of property when staying a night in London Heathrow between flights. Clean and convenient via the free transfer to Terminal 4 on the Heathrow express. Staff is always very nice! Highly recommend."

"Clean and modern, nice shower. Very convenient to T2 and just a 5 minute walk from the arrival area. Only thing not clear is that the bedside plugs have switches that need to be turned on if you want to charge your phone. We arrived late and I did not check, only to discover in the morning that my phone had not charged. If you are then in a rush in the morning and you phone didn’t charge, it can cause a bit of stress. So don’t make the same mistake."

"Fabulous hotel. The bed and pillows were lovely, as were the bathrobes. Had room service for dinner & breakfast which was fantastic. Great place to stay when flying from T5 which is a short walk away. We’ll definitely stay there again. "
