"An der reception ist nur eine Telefonnummer zum anrufen und nach dem Anruf kommt irgendwann jemand von außen angefahren. Wir hatten im Bad keine Armaturen und deshalb haben wir sofort wieder raus aus dem Hotel.
Da wir ohne Stornierung gebucht hatten, wurde uns zugesichert das das Hotel von sich es stornieren würde. Bis heute haben wir keine Antwort und wurden BETROGEN.

"Stellar hotel, and worthy of the 5-star rating. Staff anticipated every need. They were fast, efficient, and gracious. Breakfast buffet was enormous, with a huge array of selections. Room was large and comfortable, with direct-plug outlets for USB, as well as built-in power adapters for a variety of plugs.
