"Fantastic hotel across the road from the Black Sea. Hotel is beautiful and clean and staff were extremely friendly – especially the man who carried our bags to our room. Our room was spacious and overlooked the water. Buffet breakfast was fantastic with lots to choose from. Lovely bar area at the front of the hotel. It is not far from the town centre but you will need to get a taxi or a bus to get there or drive. There is a free carparking in the front of the hotel. The only issue was...

"The air conditioner does not work and when I inform them about the problem they say that it is normal and it does not work that it is very hot and I was not given my reserved room, but they gave me a smoking room and I booked a non-smoking room and although the air conditioner did not work, it smelled very bad. Small negatives - i emailed twice before visiting and never got any response. For one dinner i had a half sized salad, nut hot charged full price 😕 Would definitely return.
