"Fantastic hotel across the road from the Black Sea. Hotel is beautiful and clean and staff were extremely friendly – especially the man who carried our bags to our room. "The air conditioner does not work and when I inform them about the problem they say that it is normal and it does not work that it is very hot and I was not given my reserved room, but they gave me a smoking room and I booked a non-smoking room and although the air conditioner did not work, it smelled very bad.
