"I will begin this review by stating upfront that the staff at this hotel was superb. The service was extremely personable, personalized and incredibly attentive. They had messaged me before I even arrived to make sure that they got everything in order and helped me arrange various plans, including organizing a birthday cake for my friend. "The facilities were fantastic especially for kids. The location was a bit outside of the main tourist area but there was so much to do inside the resort it didn’t matter. Indoor & outdoor water parks, massive pools and onsens baths, best of all it was all heated! Breakfast buffet was amazing so many options with a beautiful outlook onto the beach. Staff were very friendly helpful. I will be staying here again. "

"Was alittle far from downtown Danang but enjoyed it regardless. Next time we will stay closer to the centre. One thing was that would have been better in the pools had water warmer so we could make it warm for cooler weathers. "

"This is the second I stayed in this hotel. There is no change here. Staff is friendly n helpful. The breakfast is delicious with a lot of choices. The room is big n clean. "The amenities and service of the hotel is more than worth the price. I stayed in the grand suite and the view was amazing. The place was spotless, it's easy to get housekeeping, and the breakfast was amazing. They also offered a complementary ride to the airport when I checked out. Definitely will be staying here again."

Great Service, Stunning Views, Minor Room Issues

"We had a fantastic experience at this hotel, starting with a smooth check-in process. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with VIP treatment, including welcome drinks and flower garlands, which made us feel special. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay, always responsive via the Hotels.com app, making communication seamless. We were also able to arrange rooms on the same floor, which made it much easier to stay connected. We booked a family suite with a sea view, and it didn’t disappoint—the view of My Khe Beach was stunning. As part of our booking, we also enjoyed complimentary high tea on our first day, which was a lovely touch. Though our stay was mostly positive, there were a few minor issues with the rooms. The kettle wasn’t working, the TV signal went out for a couple of days, and one of the air conditioners had a malfunction. However, the staff responded quickly and efficiently to resolve these problems. They were also kind enough to provide extra pillows upon request. The buffet breakfast offered a great spread and was delicious. However, we would have appreciated more variety over the four days of our stay, as the options remained largely the same. One small downside was that the mattress was a bit too firm for our liking, but overall, it didn’t take away from the enjoyment of our stay."
