"The only thing that stops me giving 10/10 was due to an issue with the lifts. There was only one lift in the whole hotel working. Which made getting to the room a little bit difficult. Other than that everything else was outstanding. Room upgrade for free was very welcoming. Room was very clean. Spacious, comfortable. Reception staff very friendly. Breakfast was amazing. You name it they had it. Everything cooked to perfection. 2nd time I’ve stayed here and all ready booked for my 3rd. Great location. "

"This hotel was very convenient for an overnight stay at Heathrow. The evening bar with food was very nice. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful."

"The lobby on our arrival was clean warm and well staffed. We were booked invand given helpful information about our stay and what was available such as food , transport times and cost. Our room was clean and offered everything we needed for our one night stay."
