The only reason I did not give it 5⭐️ is that they have no concierge so not much in terms of getting advice on what is going on in the area. Not everything that is happening is easy to find online. A concierge service would have been super helpful. "

"Whenever we have work events in santos we love to stay at this hotel because it’s so close to the beach however, in the 3 times we stayed here, if we stay longer than 1 night, the wifi doesn’t work for the rest of our trip. The TVs are connected to the wifi so you can’t watch anything or use the wifi on your personal devices. Definitely not ideal for work trips"
