"We stayed in this ryokan for a family trip. The city is unknown to non-Japanese people, but the people at the ryokan were so kind and helpful. Sometimes it was not easy to communicate as their English was not the best, but they tried their best to help. The meals were awesome, and the bath places were great as well. "The staff make for a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left staff were attentive. We enjoyed an in room with indoor onsen for two nights. "７歳の娘用の浴衣のサイズが合わず、フロントに言ったらすぐ持ってきてくれましたが、結局合わず着れませんでした。極端に大きいのか、小さいのしかなく、せっかくの浴衣を着れず娘は残念がっていました。浴衣の上の羽織も、子供のは用意がなかったです。また、金額は変わらないのに夕飯の内容が子供のは品数が少なかったのはデザートとか、内容を子供向けにするとか対策してほしいと思いました。"

Excellent Hotel and Onsen in Nagano

"Amazing hotel and spa in Nagano area. About 30mins by bus from Nagano Station to Kandabashi station. Then 2min walk to the hotel. Hotel has an onsen which is great! Lobby has drinks and snacks at different times of the day. Includes unlimited soft drinks, alcohol, tea, coffee, water and snacks. Coin laundry with dryer is available if you need to wash clothes. Great view of the mountains from our room. "

"We had an unique experience staying here. Shoes ares kept in lockers next to hotel entrance. We walked on the soft, comfortable tatami throughout the hotel common area. The hotel provides mechanic car park - which is helpful, so we don't have to worry about our car being subject to snow or cold. Highly recommend this hotel."
