"We did not get the cottage we booked via Expedia. The owner explained the she didn’t get notice. She was really nice and gave us one obviously not ready for living yet: the door cannot lock and with holes, worms on the bed … The owner did provide sheet etc. that was really good since we didn’t know. Not sure who to blame? Expedia? "
