I liked that when they didn’t have my room ready, I was given an upgrade to a different tower on property from the East Tower to the Main Tower. Room was clean, simple, and efficient. Shinagawa Train station was across the street, shopping was nearby, and even by train, the Tokyo Disneyland was 45 mins away! The Aquarium, movie theatre and Bowling Alley, shopping, restaurants and 7/11 convenient store are on property! Great place - highly recommend.

The east tower rooms are too small. But it’s in a safe and convenient location. You can take Narita Express directly from airport . Excellent shopping and dining areas all around
