"We upgraded to a king bed with a city view, and we appreciated our quiet and comfortable stay. There's no coffee maker in the room, however, you're steps away from a 24-hour convenience store that had surprisingly good coffee. The hotel is within walking distance of North Station, and an easy cab ride to Logan airport. "

"Room 7042, suitable for 2 night stay, but to sit on the WC, I had to remove the toilet roll. To say this bathroom was small is an understatement. There was also NO buffet breakfast. With no reason given and no prior notification on the hotel website. I would not have booked if I had known this."

"We always have a wonderful stay here. This trip we barely left the room; only when getting morning coffee + snacks from George Howell coffee bar downstairs, and of course a fantastic sushi dinner from Ruka Bar (also located downstairs) to be enjoyed upstairs. Our only regret was to stay longer ! "

"I thought the hotel was a historical part of boston and chose to stay here because of these reviews. The staff was amazing and so helpful. Room sevice was great however there were extra fees for everything. I also booked the executive suite which was a nice room but there was no mini fridge which i was really surprised by and could see the spot where it was at one time. They mentioned that the hotel is undergoing renovations but that we wouldnt hear anything. Unfortunately that was not true,...

"The room was very clean and smelled very clean. We were above the train tracks so that was a bit annoying every few hours but not awful. The hallway in the lobby had a musty smell but I think it was flooded. Overall very good accommodations, check in was also very quick. "
