"This was a great stay. Room is clean, well designed and well appointed. Service is strong and location is FANTASTIC for walking this beautiful city. My only critique of this hotel is the room (even the premium rooms) are a little small for a family of 3. Mom, Dad and Baby in a pack-n-play was a little tight. This isn't really something they can help, I'm sure this size room is fairly standard. I was hoping for larger but unfortunately it wasn't so. "

"The Four Seasons was a very pleasant stay for our family during the New Year period. The staff was excellent and the service was impeccable. The check in process was easy with Michael, the person that checked us in, showing us the elevator and the room, making sure it was to our liking. "I think for the price did you pay for the hotel room they could throw in a free bottle of water they charge $10 for a bottle of water which is just stingy and then the floor tile in the shower is four since it’s already slipping and it could be very dangerous"

"As always, the Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel is outstanding. The grand architecture of this historic hotel is not to be missed. The hotel is beautiful and elegant. and the Oak Kitchen restaurant is exceptional. . Of course, I do miss the utter sophistication and elegance of the “ Oak Room” back in the day when couches, stunning lamps and drinks served with a “ sidecar” in small crystal buckets was the norm. While times do change, the Oak Kitchen is still a great place, with excellent food and drink. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended, with its great location directly near Copley Place and the Prudential Center. "
