Rude person at check in. Key card did not work, turned out the person at the front desk gave me the wrong room number and I had to return to the front desk to fix. The girl at the front desk was very condescending then apologized when she realized, she gave me wrong room number. Expensive parking through a third party vendor $45 8-12 hour rate. No in and out parking. Pay each time you park. Elevator was not working. Had to use the emergency stairs hauling our heavy luggage. The staircase reeked of sewage. Just one towel and a bath mat in the bathroom. The reservation was for 4 people as the. I was told extra towels would be delivered within 12 hours. We ended up getting towels on our own.

Booked a deluxe suite specifically for the photo of an operable window/sliding glass door with juliette balcony, but was informed upon arrival that none of the windows in the hotel open at all. A bit disappointed but mainly wanted clean air, which I got anyway (I travel with air sensors). The transfer fan between the rooms was pretty noisy and annoying, which is why they offer sleep sound machines and earplugs in the room. Overall good, would stay again.

First time in Boston and just happened to see this place was near a friend. Very quiet place for the most part. I loved the overall look of the building and the staff was super friendly from start to finish. They offered breakfast options for on the go or to enjoy there. Also loved they had the coffee and microwave available 24hrs

This hotel was wonderful. The area around the hotel was lovely. Lots of restaurants, shopping, etc. were walking distance. I was disappointed and surprised to learn that parking at the hotel was $45 a day. This was not mentioned on Expedia, In addition, Expedia stated breakfast was included. The breakfast was there, but it was a continental breakfast. I think that Expedia should add these items to their website when offering this hotel.
