"The property is older and has mould and bugs which are hard to ignore. We liked having the fridge, kettle and large space but the fridge was not cleaned well and I feared setting things down on the bottom. "Me and my family had a great stay in Sunway Lost World Hotel last week. Hotel is nice with great hospitality and it's convenient for us to drive down the town for food. My kid and wife had a wonderful time soaking in the hot spring spa. Will come back again for sure. "

"The place that I stay it's like never been clean before guest come in, it's full of dust and sand even on the bed. The curtain at the porch very dirty and a little smelly and also please put roof at the toliet it's very uncomfortable when rain and u want take a poop for a while but u are drenched because of the rain like it is in the middle of the night and it's very cold. "Convenient location, located just a short walk away from old town Ipoh and about 10-15 minutes walk from the Ipoh train station. Within the hotel lobby is a convenient store, and just next door is a historical restaurant pub. Further a little ways is the old town which hosts many eateries, cafes, shops, and tourist spots. Hotel is newly refurbished, and the rooms are clean and tidy, modern looking, and cozy with a great view overlooking Ipoh city and the Kinta river. The sheets and pillows were spotless, the bathroom was clean and well stocked with basic toiletries, however, the room does not have a mini fridge. Check-in and out was a breeze, and the staff and receptionist were incredibly courteous and friendly. All in all, a perfect hotel for a quick getaway in Ipoh with easy access, comfortable rooms, and perfect location."

"It was good, cleanliness surrounding the grout of bathrooms and luggage benches needed to be wiped on general rubbing marks. The swimming pool, and general flooring/ hidden areas should be better attention to cleaning, not just glossing over - The hotel is only 5 yo, and the effort of polishing/ cleaning of public areas, or wall paints needed better protection of weather - generally maintained to good standards. Thank you."
