Mira, Hotel Manager is extremely helpful and also the concierge Mindser service is really great. However all their effort are in vain because the hotel facilities are run down - broken doors, shower kits not working with black tapes wrapped around, stained carpets, dirty Lobby toilets, etc Would highly recommend the hotel owner and management to renovate the hotel otherwise more of their long time customers will look elsewhere to stay when they are in town.

Hotel is rated as luxury 4 stars hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel is not kept well being condition being old and even so not clean. The toilet, bedsheet and towels provided are of old and dirty quality. Breakfast was negative. Could speak nothing positive of the hotel.

Very poor WiFi connection. No WiFi in the apartment. Breakfast buffet was not good. Room service was horrible. Overall its an expensive hotel but the facilities are limited.

Apartment room has no wifi making it difficult to connect internet for every family members. No chair inside bed rooms so guest can sit on beds only. Toilet flushing water comes very slow so have to wait for some time before next flush. Car park is full when there is wedding or function so hotel guest has no parking space. Hope improvements can be done.
