Only issue is it’s such a loud hotel, walls are paper thin we managed to hear our neighbours evening plans, woken up multiple times in the night by doors slamming/upstairs floors creaking. "

"We’ve stayed three times so I guess we love the area. However, every time we’ve stayed our room has been lovely but the windows all leak air. Makes it loud (street noise) and cold/hot air flowing through. Otherwise I don’t really have issues. "

This is 2nd Resident Hotel we have stayed in after theatre evening, rather than running to try to get train home. For us perfect balance of clean functional tasteful space - will definitely book this hotel group again. "

"The staff was incredible! Only thing to think about is the elevators are very small so if you have a lot of luggage you might have to make 2 trips. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable! Would recommend. "
