The front desk staff, especially Rano, was incredibly kind and helpful. She ensured a smooth check-in and went above and beyond in arranging our room. Rano took the time to explain the property’s amazing amenities, making sure we didn’t miss out on any of the incredible experiences Atlantis offers. The cleanliness of our room was impeccable, thanks to Rashed and the cleaning team. They went the extra mile by decorating the bed beautifully for my daughter, which brought such joy to her during our stay. It was a thoughtful touch that made us feel special. "Excellent location & best of services one could look forward to. Great onsite restaurants & lot of eateries around the corner on Bay avenue. Bay avenue is also great for waking/running. Overall centrally located & close to dubai metro. Taxis always available at the property. Taj also arranges for airport pickup & drop off, at a cost."
