"The hotel looked very run down and cleanliness was the main issue I can pinpoint that definitely needs a lot of working. the TV remotes were all dirty with sticky stuff. the kitchen appliances were dirty and needed rewashing. house keeping did minimum effort to clean the room."

"The staff are friendly. They can just improve on giving full information related to inhouse amenities to every guest at the reception during check in. I did not know there is a swimming pool and sauna as part of the room package. Otherwise, a fantastic hotel. "

"Nice big rooms and breakfast choice was good .... great for the price. Mall of Emirates is very close by as are 2 metro stations. Staff were absolutley terrific from recption, restaurant to Spa and pool Team. Very helpful and kind... they work so hard to make stays enjoyable and relaxing and they were always helpful and smiling .... amazing for price and will be returning.
