"This is the first time I stayed in Holiday Inn although I have stayed in the area before in other hotels. The overall ambience of the property, facilities, convenient location and access to metro stations makes it highly desirable. I would like to call out Mr. Khurram from the reception and check-in area. He was very professional in making sure my check-in was smooth and I observed him interacting with other patrons as well.
