"Signature Hotel Al Barsha is a gem. They treat their guests with dignity and respect and are extremely polite and helpful. The hotel is not a luxury hotel by any means, but for the price it feels like it. The room I had was clean and well equipped and the air freshener they used was divine (I even wanted to find out what they used so I could take some home with me!). If you are looking for a good value in Dubai, this is it. You won't regret it!"

"The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We got a connecting room and the space was very functional as we had lots of luggage and there was space for everything. We were prepared with the correct charger and the front desk provided it no questions asked. "Nice big rooms and breakfast choice was good .... great for the price. Mall of Emirates is very close by as are 2 metro stations. Staff were absolutley terrific from recption, restaurant to Spa and pool Team. Very helpful and kind... they work so hard to make stays enjoyable and relaxing and they were always helpful and smiling .... amazing for price and will be returning. "As a wheelchair user, even though the ramp was steep - the staff went above and beyond to assist me in and out of the hotel needed everyday. Staff also assisted my belongings dropping it off in my room. On the first day waiting for my friend to meet, they offered me free apple juice in the morning. They were super polite and even with a smile everyday. "
