"Comfortable and cozy big room. Comes with washing machine and little kitchenette with fridge. Bed and pillows is comfortable to sleep long hours. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. I’m thankful for their genuine kindness to assist as much as possible. Free shuttle bus service to Shin Osaka station which is very convenient. Highly recommended. "Good location, very near to Shin Osaka train station. There are a few convenience stores and restaurants nearby. A very big life supermarket just 5 mins walk away. Breakfast was very good. Room is quite small but overall, value for money. Will not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip. "

"Very underrated hotel, stayed here in 2018 when I came to see the cherry blossoms with my mom and again in 2023 on a trip with my fiancé. The room and hotel is very tiny but for $50-60 a night I can't complain. There was hardly any other foreign tourists it was mainly Japanese business men and locals all around which was a breath of fresh air coming from Tokyo which was overcrowded with rude tourists. The station was just a street away which I loved as well. I want to come back again "

"On arrival, we had a bit of stress because we hadn't received the check-in instructions. After contacting the owner via WhatsApp, everything was sorted out. The apartment is on the third floor and has small steps, so if you have heavy suitcases, it's a bit difficult to carry them up to the apartment. A benefit is the full kitchen and washing machine. "

"The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location for access to train, bus, and monorail (direct line to Itami Airport). While the building is a little older, everything is clean and well-maintained. This was my second time staying at the hotel. "

"The hotel is very new and extremely clean. While typical of Japanese room sizes (smallish), they were impeccably clean, well appointed with daily towel replacement and free breakfast. From a tourist perspective, it's a little out of the way from downtown Osaka and only one of the express train lines reaches the nearby station (which is thankfully close and near lots of amenities). The local train line takes forever to get here. Additionally it's by a highway so could be loud if on lower floors. Price was perfect and got amazing rest here."
