"This hotel is not a bad hotel, it's actually quite decent, or would be for an off-brand hotel. Hard to see how it is up to Hyatt Regency standards though. It's old and been worked hard, every day for a long time. So it's fraying and in need of a solid refresh to move it upmarket to merit the brand properly. On the other hand, the views off the front are inspiring and the location on the strip quite excellent.d The resort fee is the usual ripoff for which you get very little - this is not an irritation unique to this property, seems everyone here is doing it now."

"Very clean. Only suggestion is to request people to pick up towels in pool area when they leave, many seats unavailable all day….hard to find open seating in pool area Also, had we known cars were available at the location for rent we could have saved from renting at airport and paying to park"
