"Stayed here for one night after party over the New Years Eve. All we needed for one night is comfortable bed. BTW I love coffee in the am, hotels usually don’t serve good free coffee. This hotel coffee was excellent. I was literally shocked. I also asked kitchen if I could have some milk vs cream ( I like milk with my coffee) and they brought me a cup of milk right away. The breakfast was not inluded but we didn’t care for breakfast. Hotel met our needs for one night stay. "

"I brought my young children to come swimming for a winter getaway. The pool is great with the connected hot tub to hop between. The pool itself is fairly warm too. Plenty of seating and towels. The staff was great, so friendly and attentive, every encounter. My only complaint would be the mattress was a bit too squishy for my liking and the parking lot had a lot of ice. Great hotel altogether though, we will be back. "

"An outstanding property at a reasonable price. I was there four 4 days on business, and will be my goto hotel for trips to the Schaumburg / Elk Grove area of Chicago. Free breakfast was very good and the rooms were clean and comfortable, albeit a little spartan. Daily housekeeping was a plus. Also had an in-room safe. Staff friendly and helpful."

"The first room I was given it was cold so I went to the front desk explain my issues and was given a NEW room with no problem the washing machines and dryers DOESNT WORK, I wasn't refunded the money I lost. the breakfast was a nice. They severed eggs,biscuit, gravy waffles, oatmeal, cold cereal drink machine. Yogurt, apple, oranges, bananas ect ect, over tall it was a nice stay"
