The property is modern and comfortable. The first room we were given hadn’t been cleaned. The lady at the front desk was helpful in getting us a different room quickly.

The lobby was impeccable! Clean, lots of seating and tv with bar. Nice to see families sitting together. We had our dinner down there as well. Room on the other was alright. Plenty of bedding and towels but there was a dirty dry and crusty wash cloth hanging from the shower curtain. The toilet ran FOREVER unless you went in and took of the lid to fix it. There was a serious noise situation as well. It was all good until 1 am when I hoped things would quiet down next sore but it never happened. Sounded like a large group of teen boys yelling, swearing and wrestling each other with very loud music! I wouldn’t have cared much but it just never stopped! I did call the front desk, by 330am it was finally quiet.

The staff was nice, but their professionalism was a disaster. I waited for the shuttle for two rounds, the first one never came and the second one had a delay of 30 minutes. It was conducted every hour, and I had to wait in 20 degrees air.
