"The hotel as hall was satisfactory standard! Staff in general were polite. I think they can benefit from a customer service awareness course as some of them was below standard specially on the bar area in our arrival it took the guy 45 minutes to get us 2 club sandwiches and when they eventually arrived the sandwich and the chips were called. "The hotel is clean, but recaption staff are not professional. The gym is poor condition with equipment and opens from 10am till 10pm. I reserved the largest sweet and it’s small compared to other hotels. Bed are bad mattress everyday you’ll have back pain and ache. They try to squeeze money on normal services like asking for ice bucket which is free in all the hotels around the world. "

"Amazing view of the Pyramids of Giza. The night i arrived was a very clear night and my balcony had the best view. They assigned me a person driver to pick me up from the airport and a tour guide, I asked about food on the way from the airport to the hotel and they held the kitchen open for me to arrive. All staff were very kind and protective of me, as I traveled to Cairo alone. My driver escorted me on all my excursions, he protected me from scammers and so did my guide. I was very fortunate...

"This hotel has an unbeatable view of the Pyramids and Sphinx, and a rooftop where you can see the Pyramid light show for free while you dine or sip a cup of tea or coffee. The staff is incredibly helpful, kind, and accomodating. They went out of their way to make sure my dietary needs were met, that I had transportation, they arranged a tour guide for me, and were always there to help. Kamal and Sherif were excellent!"
