"Great location. Amazing views. Excellent service at breakfast buffet which is impressive. Atta added his special touch in his personalized service at breakfast. "This hotel is fine but they don’t do the little things that could make it a much better experience. The buffet breakfast and Shabbat dinners are ver good but only half the foods and salads had descriptions of what it was. It was 90* in Jerusalem -why not have water available to guests in lobby? The first Shabbat we we were there the room was great. Next Shabbat when we returned - same room price- room was small and the tv and some lights were out. " Outstanding service by Joseph, many commodities provided. Simply one of the best customers service I have ever had and i traveled the world. We where greeted with a bottle of wine and chocolates, it was a great experience. Details like nespresso coffee capsules, cookies, new toothbrushes and great Dead sea soap products. "I had mixed up the dates and was prepared to pay for a new room. But the staff, Maria and her colleague, sorted everything out, made a lot of phone calls so i did not need to pay for new rooms. Hotel in midst of renovations....

"We have stayed at Jerusalem gardens a few times before, but this time we were disappointed. When making our booking we did note that there would be no pool or exercise room because of renovations. However we soon discovered that there were a few other drawbacks to the renovations, including significant noise starting 8:30AM, which made it impossible to stay in our room; and no parking available. The breakfast was barely average. Other things that one expects from decent hotels -- like internet and the ability to checkout at noon were not available. "
