"The property has an apartment and the individuals rent it as if it is part of the hotel. It doesn't have the same service as the hotel rooms. The listing is wrong and I will have to pay extra to get a clean room operated by the hotel. I don't recommend renting the apartment onwed by an individuals."

"This hotel was the house of the grandparents of the owner. She is very sweet and tells you the history of the building and of her family. The hotel has only six rooms, and is therefore very special and different from a large-box hotel. It is extremely clean and the room was perfect, and in a residential, interesting neighborhood. If you want a more personal hotel and connection to Israel, compared to standard hotels, I highly recommend Hotel Biazi."

"The unit had a juzuzzi in addition to a lovely living room, kitchen and updated bathroom. Great location for walking all over the area in and around the old city. I would definitely recommend this accommodation!"

"Premium quality amenities. New building. Beautiful pool. Has SPA. Nice lobby. Two towers, 4 stories. Private community (behind Hotel, apartments). Underground parking. Center for Arts in front, with big theater and opera house. Music is common to be heard. In general, our stay was great. There's no room service if you order from Wolt. You will have to go to the front desk to get your things. When we checked out, they gifted us a beautiful original Gicleé from an artist that paints...

"I love historic hotels such as this one. Everything is clean and atmospheric ,I liked my room very much. The attached restaurant serves nightly specialtes of local recipes. On the expensive side though I've found all dining in Israel is relatively expensive compared with Europe and other countries. The location is excellent next to Garden Tomb and easily walkable to Damascus Gate. Helpful owner. Breakfast included. Recommended and would stay again. "

"We wanted the light in our room to be shut off but it was a difficult task since the light was set to Shabbat mode. Unfortunately, we had the light on the whole evening and we couldn't sleep. We went and complained to the reception desk. As a courtesy, Yazen Atrash offered our family lunch which was an incredible experience. He also offered to give us a discount when we're ready to book another reservation. We are So Happy with the incredible service that Yazan offered us. We will definitely come again!"
