"Not my first time at the Live Aqua Punta Cana, many things have changed since my last visit, the room wasn’t as clean as it was before, the food was just ok, the entertainment team needs to improve, the shows are not good. "We had a great time. The entertainment crew is the best! This is a very large resort. When it rains there’s flooding around the property so be prepared to get wet. "We were there for 5 nights and 6 days. We were truly blown away by how friendly and accommodating the staff was. They really cared about their guests enjoying their stay. Ernesto was our concierge and he was so kind, helpful and efficient. Ramon waited on us while at the beach and he really made our experience even better. We were able to relax and not have to worry about a thing. The resort was clean and the ground were exceptionally well kept. We cannot wait for our next stay!! "

"Loved this resort! I had a swim up king room and it was a DREAM. So luxurious. The resort’s beach is stunning and the buffets were so yummy. I loved the staff as well. My only complaint was that I was promised an amenity for my birthday and the staff dragged their feet when it came to providing it. Definitely recommend this resort though! "

"This is my 3rd time at TRS Turquesa I always come back here mostly for the staff and excellent customer service they all very friendly. Ignacio the waiter from Capricho and Kusco went out of his way every day to make me and my family happy, our butler Randy was very attentive and help us with everything during our stay from the moment we arrived until we left.The staff at the bar and drinks where great and the food too, my favorite was Tentazione and Capricho for breakfast and dinner."
