"Fantastic place with excellent service. The considerate service is fantastic - they are extremely helpful. The chalets themselves are great - clean, comfortable, great amenities. Shuttle serice operated by the hotel takes you anywhere and picks you up within 15 mins. They have a partnership with the ski shop on the slopes where you have a VIP separate room, lockers, and outstanding service. "Just returned from a family snowboarding half term holiday. The hotel is in a great location for both the shops and the ski lifts. The spa is very clean and has a great lay out.
