"Staff are professional and polite. Checking in and out was smooth. Soundproofing could be improved but overall it is clean and quiet and bus stop is just at the door and very close to the VivoCity. I like the bedding and mattress is firm. Room is a bit on a small side but has everything you need. I would like to stay again in the future."
