"This is a lovely and classy property with absolutely stunning views of the Alhambra from the rooftop. The front desk, concierge and help are top notch. I think we had a subpar dining experience with one of the dishes but perhaps that was a one-off. Also, the parking and driving access to this place is confusing so… avoid driving if you can! The rooms are gorgeous and truly luxurious "

The spa/sauna needs to be reserved per use and was a bit inconvenient as we were instructed to come down in bathrobes and slippers. But it was mostly empty and easy to access. But it was nice to have small indoor pool (spa area was not open for kids). Food was good and kids club and entertainment very nice! Right next to beach and boulevard. Nice shops and cafes nearby. "

"I must say that this hotel is definitely not a 5 star category. There is no air-conditioning in the lobby or the lifts. the staff were rude and not friendly at all.
