"The shower did not drain properly and when I informed the hotel, they brought me extra towels to soak up the floor and it appeared to be fixed the next day. The amenity soaps at the bathtub were empty and again, the front desk immediately brought us replacements. I found the front desk staff very efficient and courteous. "While close to a busy street, this hotel tucked behind a monument to Queen Isabella and Christopher Columbus, was a perfect location for this visit. Buses to the train and bus stations are very close by and the bus to the Alhambra couldn't be closer- out the door of the hotel, turn right and there they are! On the edge of the Albaicin district, it is an easy walk to many sites. As a bonus, the hotel has a nice bistro for a drink and meal and you can get a good breakfast in the restaurant. Hotel...

"Stayed in an all-female room. The rooms are located above a very busy bar, so expect it to be noisy until around 2am at night. Generally clean but bathroom is rather basic - hanging facilities limited. It is not located on a main road, but in interior streets so if safety is a concern for you, please reconsider. Though I did not visit the bar downstairs, apparently it is quite popular. The atmosphere appears nice."
