"I thought I'd prepaid breakfast for the following morning confirmed this with the agent when I checked in. But in the morning, I was told I hadn't prepaid was required to pay. I couldn't find any documentation that I had prepaid, so have to assume I was in the wrong, but it would have been useful to have this information at checkin. Otherwise, I had an excellent stay - thank you !"

"We stayed 1 night at Emion Sapporo. We arrived early in the morning, left our luggage with the reception and when we returned in the evening, our luggage were already up in our room. This is good service! The room is considerably big compared to most hotels in the city and very clean too. There’s a public bath in the hotel for us to enjoy a soak after all the walking! Overall, enjoyed a very comfortable stay at Emion. "

The bath areas are a nice touch, hopefully in future the tattoo policy in bathing area is revised, its 2025 and lots of tourists have tattoos. Helpful having a washer/drier, but it would be really great if they could get a few more machines as there is only one in the mens and one in the womens, at times there...

"Less than 5 min walk from Sapporo Station. Very easy to get to Sapporo Station from New Chisote Airport. There is a 7/11 and Family Mart just across from the hotel. Lots of restaurants around the area all within 5 min walk. There is a yakitori and yakiniku place right beside the hotel but you should book ahead as they are always busy. The hotel has a public bath. If you have tattoo you should buy tattoo sticker. You can buy this from the DonQuiote in Sapporo about 15min walk from the hotel....
