"I had a really nice stay here, it was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the location is great. The staff were very polite and attentive. The gym facilities are very good. I received a complimentary room upgrade and money off room service as member benefits, I didnt know about any of these so it's lovely that the staff are so proactive about rewarding customers where they can. Typical English breakfast, no real complaints. Found it strange there were no usb plugs in the room. ( minor for me). Most hotels do have them installed above plugs. Overall. A nice stay. "
