"My trip was made better by Mohammed at the front desk. He was friendly, welcoming, kind, and efficient. hotels.com had messed something up but Mohammed made it all work out. The room was small but clean and comfortable. There was a coffee maker and a mini fridge. "The hotel was very nice! Our trip to New York was great! Although the rooms are small, the beds and pillows are comfortable. The last night we had heater turned off and it still was over 80 degrees in our room and freezing cold outside. Not sure why but that was the only issue we encountered!
