"Superb hotel. Wonderful location with a shopping mall and Eataly next door. 2 minute walk to the Metro station Lingotto. I love the hotel is in the converted former Fiat factory. Spacious, comfortable and modern rooms with a great bathroom. The breakfast is great. Love the bar and piano playing! Staff are great. Highly recommend! "

"The hotel is local to metro and a shopping centre. Staff are friendly and helpful. It's a bit of a quite are to get access to the hotel. The room I stayed did not have kettle. However you can request for one at the reception area. I would definitely stay again"

Gabriele was amazing with his advice, professionalism and charm. The same can be said for the lovely young man on the evening shift,whose name escapes me,sorry. Overall ,my husband and i would recommend Star Residence and we would definitely stay there again. "

"Nice hotel that’s close to the train station and city center. Most attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The room we were in was facing the street and you could hear lots of street noise and the tram coming by, not ideal if you’re a light sleeper. We tried to change rooms but it could not be accommodated. In any case, we managed just fine. Overall, I would recommend this hotel with the above caveat."
