"Was a lovely hotel , very clean and modern, and the staff were super helpful, friendly and welcoming. But it just doesn’t seem to fit with the area it’s in ( it’s too nice ! ) it just seems a little out of place in a predominately industrial area. It’s rated a two star but it could really be a three star! The restaurant let it down a bit , again, the staff were amazing, and the food on the set menu was really good, but it just had the feel of a cafeteria about it . The room was excellent clean...

"I just Like the Customer Service of one Girl at the reception on Sunday morning, she was wonderful in every aspect !! Everything else in this Hotel it's just Awful, Bad Customer Service from the rest of the staff, dirty walls, no illumination on the hall to get to my room, the elevators makes some weird noises, the breakfast wasn't good enough, etc"

Close to the egyptian museum not to be missed. Turin is a special city not to be missed. The fridge was not working so they accommodated me with a bucket of ice to put my insulin in. Overall great. "

"Good location. Stayed in loft on top floor - it was huge. A view of rooftops only. No balcony. Only drawback was the shower in a tub with a small glass door that didn't keep all the water in. Also, shower pressure and heat was sporadic. Don't give you coffee pucks on second day unless you pay for them."
