"quality of the in-house dining experience doesn't match the profile of the hotel. The facility keeps a very high level and are at the top in the area. but considering the normal high quality of the Italian dining experience, this hotel consistently underperform unfortunately. I still would recommend staying here since there are several really nice alternatives outside the hotel."

"We had a lovely one night stay in Palazzo Bellezia suites. We arrived early in Turin and were able to leave our bags at the desk. When we came back later on, they were in our room waiting for us. We had access to several free items in the mini bar, which was a nice surprise. The room was gorgeous, very chic and clean & had everything we needed. We ordered a couple of drinks on room service & we also received some free snacks, excellent quality too. Breakfast was great, lots of choice & staff...
