Like most hotels if you check in or check out during peak hours there will be an annoying wait. The hotel check in is on floor 8. For a nice pizza try the Fireside or itā€™s a 7 minute walk to Festival mall

The hotel staffs are super friendly. It made us feel so welcome. Our stay here was really good. When we got forgotten in the dining room, they made sure to make up for it. Their room is clean, they have housekeeping everyday. The laundry does a great job washing our clothes and they even try to remove the stains. Definitely recommends this hotel! Wouldā€™ve stayed here the whole time if only we book it ahead of time.
