Not only did they call my room but they sent a security guard to knock on my door at the same time. "Hotel is going through major renovations. Our initial room on the 5th floor was showing its age and did not have hot water in the shower. We asked for a change of room and received a room/suite on the 7th floor which was already renovated. Staff accommodated all our needs and were very pleasant. Lighting was a bit sparse in the room but the view overlooking a canal and small harbour was beautiful. "
