"Like that the airport limo bus runs right into Oimachi, also appreciate the hotel luggage storage and location right next to station and Ito Yokado store. Many restaurants to enjoy in the area. Onsen is available for 500 yen, it has gotten a lot more crowded and morning opening not until 6:30-8:30 (my only gripes)but otherwise it is a great spa onsen. "

"I loved my stay here! It was very close to the bus and station. There were a few shopping malls within walking distance, which I fully took advantage of. This is a perfect place to stay if you're visiting Tokyo to explore. However, there was one issue that I could not overlook. One day when returning to the room, I turned on the bathroom light to find a roach crawling on the mirror which quickly ran behind it. I didn't see other critters thereafter but wasn't too happy to see that crawling near...

"Loved this hotel. Perfect location. Great amentities (anything you can think of like sheet face masks, cleansing oil and face wash and fresh pjs daily). Rooms were a little small but storage hidden so once your suitcases are put away it is manageable. 5 min walk from the shinjuku station and various shops and restaurants. Really helpful staff. Highly recommend would stay again"

"This hotel had a great location literally steps outside the JR Otani station. It provided easy access to Shinjuku, Shibuya and elsewhere on the Yamanote Line, and to Yokohama. Hotel was a bit dated and no free breakfast. This was okay as it was as advertised. Hotel was especially good for having options for multiple beds in a single room which is hard to find in Tokyo. The room was clean and the wifi was good. Overall, a good stay. Will consider again in the future. "

"Overall it was a great stay here. The coffee machine in the back made my life so much easier every morning and everytime I needed to head back to the hotel for a bit of a break from exploring and walking. "

"We always stay here when we have to get on or off the Shinkansen as it is not too far. The variety of dining and shot options also make us want to stay here and it is not as chaotic as in Tokyo city centre or Shinjuku. We prefer this place as it is easily walkable to the shops and dining places we often go to as we know what we're getting. The staff are always friendly by and approachable. "The staff were amazing and always happy to help us with whatever we needed during our stay. The location was convenient and close to public transportation. The hotel is a little dated and it did have some minor odor issues during our stay. Overall, it's a good stay with a few nights in Tokyo."

Improvement suggestions

"The lighting around the hotel area isn't that great out on the streets after 11pm... As usual, the spa area can be kept cleaner and not full of hair and stuff around. Could make the spa smell nicer would be great. The pay parking machines weren't working well... Couldn't pay with my credit card. So annoying. Needs to be upgraded or fixed. Allow other methods of payment would be nice. Elevator service needs to improve. Always crowded and busy. "
