"The location of this property is excellent for walking to nearby shops, restaurants and the pier. The staff was very professional and helpful. They went above and beyond to help us get oriented to the area and to coordinate transportation. The services offered by the spa were wonderful. "We had to change our flight and would arrive a day later than planned. We attempted to reach out the hotel to coordinate but got no answer. When we finally arrived, no one was there and we were informed through Expedia that the hotel considered us late and cancelled our reservation. So we were stuck out in the cold at night without a place to stay. The day we were leaving Puerto Madryn, the hotel finally messaged us the check in information. Never been so disrespected as a PAYING customer....

"We got the balcony that we asked for. It was pretty hot, so didn’t get to use it as much as I would’ve liked. An umbrella or shade on the balcony would’ve been great. The rooms with a balcony were smaller. The bathroom just had the small sink, so nowhere to put toiletries. The window had a blackout screen. Nice, but, some sheer curtains would’ve been nice in addition to the blackout screen. You asked my opinion :) The location was great. Staff was very accommodating. "

"This is the 3rd time trying to write this review. On the way to the airport leaving the US, I messaged Complejo La Lucila to tell them that I would be checking in at around 8pm. They responded with one word, saying our reservation was cancelled. No explenation was given, other than they sold the room to someone else. We were on our way to a foreign country and remote area with no place to stay. No other rooms in the city were available."

"This hotel is located well to the core of Puerto Madryn and its beach. I found on two nights there loud music continuing well after 10pm with both being hotel hosted events. Staff at times was hard to find at reception. Breakfasts were average for Argentina and Wi-Fi did work. Overall it is an older hotel surrounded by a less than appealing surrounding block. It was a good budget hotel and I’d give it 3 stars but no more. "

"Reservamos una cabaña y nos dieron un departamento a 150 metros de la entrada. No era lo que acordamos y le echaron la culpa a la empresa con la cual reservamos. También nos dijeron que el precio que pagamos era muy inferior al real, sin embargo al consultar por una reserva con ellos nos daba el mismo monto. El servicio de mucamas hace la limpieza entre las 14:30 y 17:00 hs, no hay siesta que resista ese horario. "

"Both Yanina and Jenoveva were outstanding. The house was always neat and cleaned, fresh linens, peaceful place, great food. Located on the outskirts of Trelew, which makes it easy to go to Punta Tombo one day and Puerto Madryn since it is right smack in the middle of these two locations. We arrived at night, so we hired a taxi to go there for 200 pesos. The following day, we went back to the airport and rented a car, which is the best way to travel around, since it is quite easy to find tge...

"We liked this hotel so much, we stayed for an extra day. English spoken at desk, business centre set up for printing, (We used it to print travel tickets). We were travelling back from Rio Gallegos and the Glaciers park region, and this was a great civilized pit stop on our way back to Buenos Aires. Good opportunity to re supply for trip home."
