"One of the nicest locations I have ever seen for a hotel, however, the staff service is below, much below expectation. The check in lady was lovely but her manager/supervisor (in Mack suit) was rude to his staff and behaving in a way that he was more important than any mortal hotel guests! I stay in different hotels and have gold status in a few, but this is the first time I was told the rooms are available but I will have to pay the full early check-in price if I want that and the supervisor...

"The property was ok however one of the water heaters for the shower was not working during our stay. Affected our daily routine during the stay as everyone shared a toilet to shower and Genting is generally cold. We were compensated for this (Thank you). The trip to the resort is about 15-20mins drive, not too bad considering the price of this place and the ones in the Genting resort itself. There’s also good food nearby. "

"Check in took about 1hr even when no crowd. Lift is always full and have to wait very long. Floor of the room is dusty and they forgot to put towels and amenities. The balcony door have gap in between and insects come in at night from that gap. Breakfast is bare minimum but the coffee is good. Troublesome to always inform the front desk of ur car plate no every time u go out."

"Love everything about it. I get everything as described with the mountains view. Close to walking distance for places we wanted to go like food, massage etc. Nice n clean. We weren’t able to check in any earlier than 3pm, but they held our luggages so was ok. We went shopping and came back at 5pm to check in. The office for check in was quite a walk too that would be the only downfall. Not check in at the hotel building. But ok for us. Was just tired. Ok overall..love the hotel n space itself....

"Hotel located in a quite busy commercial area but that makes it convenient for meals and grocery shopping. Large reception area and restaurant. It has its own free parking in the basement. Chose to stay there as it was value for money and just a 1-km drive to the Genting Premium outlet. The triple room was really spacious but the bathroom was disappointingly small. "This is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay."

"It was a long walk to the centre of the action, theme park, restaurants, pub and coffee shops. Like a 15 minutes walk. But good exercise. Even with a power converter we could not charge anything, phone , computer or toothbrushes. Nothing could fit. Also NO wifi. They told us to go order food in the restaurant in the lobby and we would get a password. We bought food but still never got on-line. It was a big deception for us. I was waiting for important business e-mail to come in. The rest was Ok."

"Positive : staying in the durian orchard, beautiful hilltop view with various special building layout and designs, a good place for a chilling family vacation. Negative : most of the rooms are typically small, no sound proof (can hear voices next door), poor room management (no towels, water bottles, shampoo), some rooms are dirty and lack of maintenance especially for those rooms built with woods, no side table in the room and bathroom to place our stuff which is very inconvenient."
