"It's basic but has what it needs to have. Of you're looking for a clean room in a decently quiet area this is not a bad spot. You could easily walk to the beach from here if you wanted. Party goer and Cafe del Mar is a place you'd like to visit this is close but not to close. We enjoyed our stay here."

"The owner and staff were very polite and kind. The bathroom was very new and clean. The room was spacious the bed was comfortable. The food was very good, the beach was a short walk, there were many places to walk to for food, shopping and drinks."

"Very spacious and comfortable, with separate kitchen/dining room (with useful convection stove, microwave and large fridge), living area and bedroom. Bathroom is huge and well laid out. Housekeeping is excellent and exceptionally clean considering the estate is next to the forest and lots of greenery. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly. "

"Great little hotel with fab restaurant and pool on a corner plot just 250 yards from Kamala beach. A little gem..but be aware the road is constantly busy and noisy. "

"The location was great, we had a small, intimate beach right outside of our room, this was our view, fabulous! The room appeared cleanish, opening the furniture cabinets and kitchen cabinets we found were not clean."

"This is a great little local hotel. The reception is at the back of the Sync coffee house, which is a little bit confusing the first time you go there. But it’s near to the beach and a lot of local restaurants. It doesn’t have a lift and there’s no facilities such as a swimming pool etc. "

"The hotel was tucked away in a nice beach neighborhood. Rooms were spacious and the breakfasts at the onsite restaurant were excellent. Most importantly, the staff were superb, going way out of their way to help us retrieve something we had left in the room. "

"Overall very good, had a problem with AC and they fixed it right away. The breakfast was very good. The only negative was the mattress was hard and lumpy, definitely needs replacement."

"The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and had good recommendations. There was lots to do within walking distance and a good variety of food places close by. The rooftop pool was nice a relaxing with a good view. Also, right beside the hotel there was a great place to get Muay Thai lessons with an excellent instructor."

"If you book a standard room take a pillow and sleep on the main road at least you can be close to the restaurants etc. the standard rooms ARE the driveway, non stop cars,bikes, people walking past the room and if you open the blinds every one will see everything. No privacy and way too noisy all day and night. Staff were very friendly and helpful but no way those rooms should be offered as accommodation. "

"I rarely ever leave negative reviews, but this experience was terrible. From the bathroom smelling of sewage, and being bitten with bed bugs I was disgusted by what I saw. In the middle of the night, unknowingly relaxing in bed I saw something moving, only to discover bed balls all over the bed frame. I had no choice but to pull the mattress away from the frame and sleep on the floor as there is no 24hr front desk. I'm now bitten all over my legs, and the owner wasn't sympathetic, just wanted me...

"This is an apartment in a building with no staff to help you on check in. I waited 1 hour in the lobby in extremely humid conditions and the property managers were not responding to me or Hotels.com when we tried to contact them multiple times. Front desk only had 2 security guards with very limited english so we didnt understand each other. They kept referring me to a sign instructing me to check with "agent" for check in instructions.
