"We stayed in the honeymoon suite, it was very nice exactly what we needed! Hotel is nice staff is great, only thing we didn’t like was the lack of dining options and the surrounding area isn’t great - so would suggest taking a taxi or the shuttle they offer. It is close to Kamala beach, but to be honest, the beach was packed with sunbeds and vendors trying to sell you food and drink, not the vibe we were after. "

"We had a great experience staying at Sunwing. First we stayed at their beach bungalow as our 3 children love to be close to the beach, then we moved to the pool access family deluxe rooms. Renelyn from customer service was amazing helping with room recommendation and managing all accommodations for us. the hotel staff was very friendly and attentive to all of our needs. I will definitely stay there again."

"I rarely ever leave negative reviews, but this experience was terrible. From the bathroom smelling of sewage, and being bitten with bed bugs I was disgusted by what I saw. In the middle of the night, unknowingly relaxing in bed I saw something moving, only to discover bed balls all over the bed frame. I had no choice but to pull the mattress away from the frame and sleep on the floor as there is no 24hr front desk.
