"rooms were small but clean .Staff very friendly and helpful breakfast was excellent and bringing omelet to your table was nice touch .Also coffee out of machine was first class .The only thing i thought was quite expensive was $70 To park and $50 for breakfast on top of the $170 i had already paid for room made a one night in the city very expensive when they are asking people to come into the city as people arent coming in to town to eat and see shows etc "

"My room appeared, unclean on arrival i felt i need to clean it again myself. Nowhere to hang my towels and there were at least three screws protruding from the walls. However the bed was clean and comfortable and the location first class. I know its a budget hotel but it needs to be better presented. "

"I would like to make a suggestion Supply face washers to use in the shower Even though a mistake of giving a card with my room number and having the poor lady enter my room while I was sleeping which was quite scary Staff rectified the problem but a bit difficult when I had to find my drivers license and room key to prove I was the guest in the room "

"It was central to where I was going, which was good. Unfortunately the air-conditioning duct (I think that's what it was) was outside my window seemed to be on for most of the night. There wasn't any cutlery for dinner or for a cup of tea. Overall, I think the place needs a good spruce up, things looked a bit worn down. "

"I didn't find anything unique about the property. But I found it quite disturbing to have a man and woman staying next to my room physically fighting and screaming in the middle of the night and again later on. I could hear the sickening punches to her performed by the man and it made me feel quite nauseous actually...."

"Stayed there for four nights. Close to public transport and very easy to get into the CBD. Having a fully decked out communal Kitchenette and Laundry available was helpful. Not having an elevator was the only issue but we took our time using the stairs. Staff were very helpful. Will be staying there again. "
