All interactions with staff were positive. Dining in their restaurant was a good experience. Took the airport shuttle bus without problem. Room (deluxe) was clean but basic - only one pillow per person (a spare in the closet had a clearly dirty cover on it) one bath towel each, refillable containers for soap, no bedside lamps, lack of convenient power outlets, basic furniture, two glass cups sitting out in the open/unwrapped in the bathroom next to the toilet. The entry to room had a small hallway that was quite narrow and with a lot of luggage this was a challenge. Room was quiet, couldn’t hear other guests and the bed was reasonably comfortable.

The room is comfortable and clean. There was a dirty spoon in the bathroom sink which was odd. The hotel needs a lick of paint and new carpeting but it's not awful by any means. Staff were very nice and friendly. Airport shuttle was very convenient.
