"Lovely hotel in a great location and good value for where it was. Super friendly and helpful staff. A few issues that were maintenance related (key lock broken on first room so I couldn’t get in, too a few trips to reception to sort; shower temperature took ages to change resulting in a cold or very hot shower but it was ok if you had time to wait, which I did). "A truly magical stay. From when we checked in, we were delighted by all the little things the Hilton did right. Whilst we are not frequent hotel users, it was amazing to stay somewhere and witness a next-level establishment where all the staff nailed their roles to perfection. Check in staff were lovely, room was strikingly well cleaned. The staff at breakfast knew our room number from memory which was next-level impressive. "

"The property’s location is excellent. The hotel just needs some renovation, there is no outlet on the bedside tables, no clock either. Little things but would be nicer to have them. Staff is excellent. Very very helpful. I would recommend this property however there is construction right next to the building. "
